PornSheet is a directory of links to third-party websites; we do not host the media those sites contain. Nevertheless, we respect intellectual property rights and will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Notice Procedure

If you believe a link or listing on this website points to material that infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@pornsheet.com

Required Information for a Takedown Request

To be effective, your notice must include all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature (your full legal name is sufficient for an electronic signature).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the specific link, listing, or URL on this website that you are asking us to remove, with enough detail for us to locate it.
  4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, and email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the listing in question within a reasonable time and may notify the affected party where applicable.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your listing was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@pornsheet.com including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the complaining party.

Repeat Infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances, remove listings and restrict submissions associated with repeat infringement.
